Part of my new commitment to "Clean Living" aside from the fun vegan recipes and high-protein, low-processed food is the work-out portion. Just added my personal "fitness story" to Clean Living and posted my weekly work-out schedule along with step-by-step routines and some inspiration to get you moving!
